About Paducah Cooperative Ministry

The Paducah Cooperative Ministry is a faith-based nonprofit organization established in 1973 that serves individuals and families in need throughout McCracken County, Kentucky. Rooted in a spirit of compassion and community collaboration, PCM draws together individuals and congregations to respond to basic human needs through various programs including a food pantry, homeless services, and transitional housing initiatives. Led by Executive Director Lacy Boling, the organization's dedicated staff and committed Board of Directors work to alleviate poverty, hunger, and homelessness while promoting trust and cooperation among community partners. PCM's Fresh Start Village provides a safe, homelike environment for unhoused individuals, offering hope, support, and access to essential resources. The ministry welcomes volunteers and community members who wish to participate in their mission of doing God's work with human hands.
