Calvary Baptist Church in Alexandria, Louisiana has served the central Louisiana community since its founding in 1921, when a small group of believers first gathered at the Rapides Theater. The church relocated to its current location in 1982 and has since expanded with multiple ministry buildings, culminating in the opening of a new worship center in December 2015. Calvary is committed to its mission of leading every person to become a fully devoted follower of Christ through biblical teaching, meaningful worship, and a loving community.
