About Living Waters Apostolic
Living Waters Apostolic Outreach Center is an Apostolic church located in Bossier City, Louisiana, with a mission to please Jesus and reach people from every walk of life. Founded in 1996 by Pastor W.L. Zeigler and Elect Lady Annette Zeigler, the church began as a Sunday School Ministry at Hooter Park Center before officially establishing itself as Living Waters Apostolic Outreach Center in September 1996. The church welcomes visitors to join their weekly services, which include Sunday morning prayer at 10:00 a.m. and worship at 10:30 a.m., along with additional prayer and study meetings throughout the week. Pastor and Elect Lady Zeigler are committed to ministering to people's spiritual needs and have built a congregation focused on biblical teaching and community care. The church emphasizes the Holy Ghost experience and Jesus Name baptism principles central to Apostolic faith.
