About Journey Church
Journey Church is a non-denominational congregation founded in 1994 with a mission to reach the lost and hurting. The church operates from two locations in central Louisiana, having established its main campus on Greenwell Springs Road in May 2008. Journey Church emphasizes a life-giving and relevant worship experience centered on the Gospel, with a vision to help people know God, grow together in relationships, and serve others. The church believes that members don't simply attend church but are the church itself, and they are passionate about reaching out to the non-churched community. Journey offers multiple ways for visitors and members to connect, including Life Groups that meet throughout the week in homes across the community, a Growth Track for spiritual development, and Serve Teams for community engagement.
