About The Lords Outreach Ministries
The Lord’s Outreach Ministries in Lake Charles began in 1987 through the work of Rev. Leona Clements Benoit, who later founded The Lord’s Outreach Worship Center in 1989. Dr. Russell J. Benoit serves as Senior Pastor. The church gathers for contemporary worship and offers a children’s ministry. Its broader ministry includes The Lord’s Outreach School of Theology, founded in 1998, which states that it was certified and licensed by the Louisiana Board of Regents in 1999 and became a fully accredited TAC member in 2001.
