About Calvary Baptist Church
Calvary Baptist Church in Natchitoches has served central Louisiana since its founding in 1921, beginning with a small group of believers gathering at the Rapides Theater before establishing a permanent home at the corner of Bolton and Jackson Streets. The congregation has grown and relocated over the decades, culminating in the opening of a modern worship center in December 2015. Today, Calvary is committed to its mission of leading every person to become a fully devoted follower of Christ through biblically rooted teaching, meaningful worship, and a loving community. The church offers multiple service times and a robust array of ministries including life groups for all ages, children's programs, student ministries, and adult growth groups. Visitors will find a welcoming environment focused on biblical instruction, authentic worship, and discipleship opportunities designed to help members grow deeper in their faith and engage in mission work.
