About JARME
JARME is a Spirit-filled church community in South Portland, Maine, dedicated to preaching Jesus Christ and demonstrating His power through worship, discipleship, and outreach. The church gathers on Sundays for two services and also meets on Wednesday evenings, creating multiple opportunities for worship and spiritual growth. With a pastoral team led by Daniel Senga, JARME emphasizes biblical teaching, prayer, and the work of the Holy Spirit in the lives of believers. The church welcomes visitors warmly and offers ministries for women, children, young adults, and singles, along with opportunities to engage in the church's mission to save the lost, disciple believers, and send them out as equipped servants. Dress Code: Come as you are—some dress casually, others dress formally; what matters most is that you feel comfortable and ready to encounter God. Service Format: A typical service includes worship, prayer, biblical preaching, ministry time, and a welcoming church family, lasting 2 to 2.5 hours. Visitor Tips: Onsite parking is limited but available first-come, first-served; additional parking is at a nearby community center within walking distance, and shuttle service is provided during severe weather.
