St. Bartholomew's Episcopal Church in Yarmouth, Maine is an open, inclusive, and welcoming community dedicated to exploring and deepening faith through worship, music, education, and dialogue. Established 50 years ago, the church grounding its ministries in the love of Jesus Christ while maintaining a creative, informal approach to worship. The congregation brings together people from various faith backgrounds and welcomes newcomers to participate in their vibrant community. St. Bart's extends its mission beyond the sanctuary through community outreach ministries, including support for local food pantries, provision of holiday meals and stockings to families in need, and assistance to asylum seekers and vulnerable populations in Portland. The church features a post-and-beam structure with clear glass windows, contemporary seating in chairs rather than pews, and an outstanding music program that enriches the worship experience.
