About Solid Rock & Redeemer Assembly of God
Solid Rock & Redeemer Assembly of God is a Baltimore church with a strong outreach focus in the South and West side projects of the city. Its mission is to reach Baltimore for Jesus by meeting basic needs and building relationships with local residents. Solid Rock Ministries includes weekday youth group meetings, men’s and ladies groups, biblical teaching, positive role models, and mentoring. Pastor Ed DiBlasio began working with inner-city children in 1980, and a bus ministry later helped bring children to youth and church services. A Ministry House opened in 2007 for mentoring services and housing ministry teams. The ministry reports serving more than 400 youth each week through Sidewalk Sunday School, youth services, mentoring, and other events.
