About Outreach Christian Center
Outreach Christian Center is a non-denominational church located in Clinton, Maryland, founded in 1982 by Pastor Willie G. Swinney, Sr. and Dr. Betty J. Swinney-Reeder with just three members. The church has grown steadily and now serves a diverse, family-oriented congregation ranging from infants to mature believers. OCC emphasizes reaching the unsaved with the Gospel of Jesus Christ while meeting the spiritual, mental, social, and physical needs of the whole person. The church operates numerous ministries for all ages and offers both in-person and virtual worship experiences, with Sunday services at 11:00 a.m. supplemented by special events and programs throughout the year.
