The North County Emergency Outreach Network (NCEON) is a community-based nonprofit organization established in 1989, dedicated to providing food and financial assistance to underserved individuals and families across Glen Burnie, Hanover, Linthicum, Pasadena, Severn, and surrounding areas. Operating as a 501(c)(3) organization without government funding, NCEON has distributed over ten million dollars in monetary and grocery assistance through the generosity of donors, including more than 36 churches and organizations plus private individuals.
