About Trinity United Methodist Church
Trinity United Methodist Church is a traditional United Methodist congregation in Salisbury, located at the corner of N. Division Street and Route 50. The church states its mission as making disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world. Trinity traces its origins to 1866, with the Rev. Dr. M. Lecato named as its first pastor, and its current church building was dedicated on May 21, 1905. The church notes that its sanctuary survived both the Great Salisbury Fire of 1886 and a later fire in 1940. Ministries include Children’s Ministry, Wednesday evening Bible Studies, and Grief Share.
