About The People's Community Baptist Church
The People's Community Baptist Church is a welcoming faith community located in Silver Spring, Maryland, founded in 1978 and grown to more than 2,000 members. Led by Pastor Haywood A. Robinson III, the church is centered on the principles of hope in Christ, healing by Christ, and help from Christ. The congregation gathers for worship services and Sunday School, and members are encouraged to participate in one of the church's Tribal Family groups, which meet monthly to build close spiritual bonds. With a wide range of ministries including music and worship arts, youth outreach, community engagement, and missions, the church seeks to serve both its members and the broader community while helping believers grow in faith.
