Founded over 40 years ago through the grassroots effort of 21 local Lutheran churches, the organization combines faith-based values with inclusive, welcoming care for residents of all faiths, backgrounds, and identities. The communities offer a continuum of care ranging from independent living to assisted living, rehabilitation, long-term care, and memory support, alongside award-winning wellness programs and lifelong learning opportunities.
