About St. Mary Episcopal Church
St. Mary's Episcopal Church is a neighborhood parish in Dorchester committed to serving its communities, welcoming the stranger, and celebrating the Spirit through justice and joy. The church emphasizes spiritual growth alongside active community service, including a food pantry, Sunday brunch hospitality, and partnerships focused on social justice. Under the leadership of Reverend Tamra Tucker and associate priests, St. Mary's embraces the full diversity of its members and neighborhood—young and old, of all races, LGBTQ+ and non-binary individuals, and people across economic circumstances. The parish offers both in-person and online worship on Sunday mornings and provides a safe, enriching environment for children and youth.
