About Vineyard, Church of Ann Arbor
Vineyard Church of Ann Arbor, now known as Ann Arbor Community Church, is a non-denominational congregation with nearly fifty years of history in the region. The church gathers on Sundays from 11 a.m. to 12:15 or 12:30 p.m. for worship that integrates song, sermon, prayer, and communion while drawing from liturgical, charismatic, evangelical, and social justice traditions. They describe themselves as a multi-ethnic, multi-generational community rooted in historic Christian creeds and committed to justice work in the greater Ann Arbor area. Visitors are welcomed as they are, and the church emphasizes that belonging comes before becoming. Children's ministry is available for infants through fifth grade, and youth ministry meets for sixth through twelfth graders on the first and third Sundays. After the service, the congregation gathers in the lobby for donuts, pretzels, and gluten-free and vegan treats to enjoy community time together.
