About First Spiritual Church
First Spiritual Church in Bay City describes itself as an open, friendly, and non-judgmental congregation. Its teaching is based on what it calls the “hidden wisdom” found in the Bible, and the church refers to its philosophy as Divine Spiritual Metaphysics. Services are described as being in harmony with that philosophy. Seasonal Sunday schedules include separate healing and worship services, with afternoon times from September through April and evening times from May through August. Because of its building configuration, the church is not meeting in person at this time. Rev. Laura MacLachlan is the contact for those who want to be added to the quarterly mailing list through Facebook.
