About Alive Family Church
Alive Family Church is a non-denominational congregation in Brighton, Michigan, founded in 2017 by pastors Eric and Erica Giesow who returned to their hometown with a vision to serve Livingston County. The church holds services at 9am and 11am on Sundays, featuring intentionally relational, heartfelt, and modern worship experiences designed to help people encounter Jesus regardless of their background with faith. Alive offers ministries for all ages, including programs for infants through fifth grade during Sunday services, youth groups for sixth through twelfth graders on Sunday evenings, and various community groups and Bible studies throughout the week. The church is known for its commitment to helping people grow in community through small groups called Crews, as well as its passion for serving the local and global community through events like Serve Day and mission outreach. Since moving into their first owned building in Brighton in 2023, Alive has continued to grow as a welcoming family where hundreds of individuals and families are making steps to know Jesus personally.
