About Good Shepherd United Methodist Church

Good Shepherd United Methodist Church in Dearborn welcomes all people as valued children of God, embracing radical inclusivity and a passion for serving others. The congregation gathers on Sunday mornings at 10:30 AM for worship that blends traditional and contemporary music in their beautiful worship center, creating a meaningful multi-media experience designed to challenge and inspire. Recognizing that people come from diverse backgrounds and life circumstances, the church invites visitors to come as they are, whether seeking a church home, new to faith, or simply looking for community. The congregation actively learns together through small groups, serves the broader community and world, and participates in significant United Methodist missions such as malaria prevention efforts in sub-Sahara Africa. Good Shepherd is led by Rev. Rachel Kain and provides accessibility features including nursery care, hearing assist devices, braille hymnals, and a chairlift.
