About Edgewood Lutheran Church
Edgewood Lutheran Church is a welcoming community of Jesus' followers serving the Fruitport area for over 40 years. Rooted in the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, the congregation gathers for worship at 10 AM on Sundays at their location on East Pontaluna Road. Under the pastoral leadership of Rev. Ellen Schoepf, the church emphasizes sharing the love of Jesus through word and service, caring for the poor and hungry, and celebrating the diversity of all people. The congregation actively engages in community partnerships including work with Feeding America West Michigan and Kid's Food Basket, as well as quilting ministries supporting Lutheran World Relief. All are invited to join the church for worship, study, fellowship, and service opportunities.
