About St David's Episcopal Church
St. David's Episcopal Church is an inclusive Christian community located on the west side of Lansing, Michigan, welcoming all who seek to experience God's love through faith in Christ and the power of the Holy Spirit. Founded in 1962, the parish has grown into a vibrant family-focused congregation with strong lay leadership and comprehensive ministries serving the broader Lansing area. The church balances human reason, ancient tradition, and scripture in its theological approach, reflecting the Anglican tradition of being both reformed and catholic. St. David's offers a robust youth program from preschool through high school, meaningful prayer life opportunities, and active community outreach. Under the leadership of Priest-in-Charge Fr. Joe Kennedy and his family, the parish has experienced renewed growth and a particular emphasis on ministry to young families. Visitors are invited to join the Sunday service in person or online to experience the warmth of this welcoming church community.
