About Duplain Church Of Christ
Duplain Church of Christ is a family-friendly congregation located in the rural countryside between Saint Johns, Ovid, and Elsie, Michigan. The church welcomes visitors to come as they are and emphasizes a low-key, pressure-free experience. During services, the community gathers for singing, scripture reading, communion to celebrate Jesus' victory over sin and death, and approximately 30 minutes of biblical teaching. Duplain offers comprehensive children's ministries for infants through fifth grade in secure, staffed areas, as well as student ministries called Proclaim for sixth through twelfth graders. Visitors receive a small gift upon leaving as a token of appreciation for attending, and newcomers are warmly greeted by First Impressions volunteers upon arrival.
First-Time Visitor Info for Duplain Church Of Christ
Dress Code: Come as you are; no formal attire is required. Service Format: Singing, scripture reading, communion celebration, and approximately 30 minutes of biblical teaching. Visitor Tips: You will not be asked to stand or introduce yourself; a First Impressions volunteer will greet you and offer a bulletin. Fill out the connection card to help the church know you visited. Children ages 2 through 5th grade can be checked into secure Duplain Kidz areas, infants under 2 are welcome in the nursery with a streaming service, and all children are welcome in the worship service. A gift will be given to you as you leave.
