About Faith United Lutheran Church
Faith United Lutheran Church is located in the heart of Minnesota's iron mining region on the Mesabi Iron Range, southwest of Eveleth and east of Hibbing in a rural setting rich with logging and farming heritage. This ELCA congregation welcomes members and visitors alike to worship each Sunday morning at 9:30 a.m., where a PrayGround is provided for children to participate fully in the service and communion is celebrated. The church enriches its community through diverse ministries including seasonal services, a summer Vacation Bible School, a fall festival, and active outreach such as Ruby's Pantry food distribution and an Angel Tree gift program for families in need. Members serve together through the Piecemakers quilting group, Cub Scout and Scout sponsorship, and volunteer work at Vermilion Lutheran Ministry Camps.
