About Prince Of Peace Lutheran Church
Prince of Peace Lutheran Church in La Crescent, Minnesota is a welcoming congregation rooted in the Word and inspired by the cross. The church emphasizes making God visible through welcoming, sharing, and serving, guided by seven core values: closeness to Jesus, contemplation, confidence, community, conversations, compassion, and connections beyond themselves. Prince of Peace offers Sunday worship at 9:00 am with Holy Communion where all are welcome, along with Wednesday evening services during fall and winter months. The congregation actively engages all ages in faith formation through programs like Bible Camp, Vacation Bible School, confirmation classes for youth, and small groups designed to help both newcomers and longtime members connect and grow together.
