About Northland Alliance Church
Northland Alliance Church in Remer, Minnesota is a Christ-centered missional family of approximately 50 born-again believers committed to glorifying God through biblical worship and community service. Founded in 1920 by John Koch and his wife Hilma, the church has grown from a small shed into a vibrant congregation now located on Main Street across from Northland Public School. Sunday worship services feature biblical teaching, prayer, songs of praise, offerings, and monthly communion, with nursery care available for children four and under. The church values unadulterated preaching and teaching of God's Word, complemented by Sunday School and various Bible studies throughout the week. Beyond Sunday gatherings, Northland Alliance actively serves its community through individual and congregational efforts, representing a diverse range of professions and life experiences.
