Community of Grace Lutheran Church, located in White Bear Lake, Minnesota, welcomes all who seek to follow Jesus and experience God's grace. The congregation traces its roots to 1888, when two pioneer Lutheran churches—Zion Lutheran and the Swedish Lutheran Church—were founded by immigrant families and later merged in 1929. Today, the church serves as a community of imperfect Jesus followers from many walks of life, centered on worship, discipleship, and service to the wider community. With multiple service styles including traditional liturgical worship and contemporary band-led services, the church invites visitors to experience faith in a welcoming environment. Service Format: Three weekly worship options—9am Traditional in the Sanctuary with organ and hymns, and 9am & 10:30am Contemporary services in the Fellowship Hall with band-led music; communion is served weekly at the Traditional service and on the 1st and 3rd Sundays at Contemporary services. Visitor Tips: Nursery care is available for infants through age 3, and Sunday School serves children ages 3–5th grade; visitors are always welcome, and the church invites newcomers to attend Catalyst, a four-week discussion group offered twice yearly for those new to the congregation to meet pastors and learn more about the community.
