About Good Shepherd Lutheran Church
Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, founded in 1954, is an intergenerational ELCA congregation located in Wayzata, Minnesota. The church welcomes everyone to come as they are to worship and grow in faith together, guided by their belief that God leads them to love their community. Worship services feature a dynamic mix of traditional hymns, contemporary praise songs, gospel music, and occasional bluegrass-style worship. The church practices an open communion table, extending this sacrament to anyone of any age or background who wishes to participate. Sunday services begin at 10:00 am, with additional Wednesday evening worship available from September through April, preceded by a community meal at 5:45 pm.
