About Trinity Church Wayzata
Trinity Church Wayzata is a non-denominational congregation founded in 2017 by families united around a vision for gospel-centered worship and community service in the western suburbs of Minneapolis. The church, which held its first worship service in fall 2022 under the pastoral leadership of Rev. Matt Ryman, has grown to approximately 150 members and welcomes people from all backgrounds and life experiences. Trinity emphasizes an approach that balances truth and grace in equal measure, creating what they describe as a surprisingly loving and welcoming community. The church offers worship services, community groups that meet in homes throughout the week, youth programming, and various connection events designed to help newcomers and members alike deepen their faith and build genuine relationships. Trinity's mission centers on making the good news about Jesus Christ known through gospel-centered worship, teaching, and service in the Twin Cities region.
