About Church of the Nazarene
Grandview Church of the Nazarene was established in 1953 and has served the Grandview, Missouri community from its current location at the corner of 15th Street and Highgrove since 1963. The church is part of the Church of the Nazarene denomination and is led by Pastor Eric Forgrave, who has served since 2009, alongside Associate Pastor Thomas Motsinger. The congregation emphasizes making Christlike disciples and being a visible sign of Christ's presence to the community, reflected in ministries ranging from weekly worship and Bible study to a community garden that distributes free produce on Saturdays. The church also hosts a Spanish-speaking congregation, Nazareno Voz de Dios, and offers programs for children and youth throughout the week.
