About United Pentecostal Church
The United Pentecostal Church International (UPCI) is a Oneness Pentecostal organization with a global presence spanning 203 nations and territories. With roots tracing back to the early Pentecostal movement and formally established in 1945 through a merger, the UPCI has grown from 521 churches to over 45,000 congregations worldwide, serving nearly 6.2 million constituents. The Jefferson City location is part of this international fellowship committed to carrying the whole gospel to the whole world through passionate worship, biblical teaching centered on the oneness of God, and community-focused ministry. Visitors to a UPCI church can expect an environment rooted firmly in Scripture with an emphasis on the new birth experience and living a holy, overcoming life. The denomination operates with congregational self-governance at the local level while maintaining unity through district and general conferences, allowing each community to tailor its ministry to local needs.
