The church has a rich history of outreach and ministry, including operating a Christian academy, establishing multiple bus routes, and maintaining active jail, prison, and nursing home ministries. Today, Mission Hill continues its tradition of community engagement through programs such as AWANA Clubs, a food pantry, and daycare services.
