About Woodlandville United Methodist Church
Woodlandville United Methodist Church is a historic country church located in Rocheport, Missouri, with roots tracing back to 1836 when the Methodists, Baptists, and Presbyterians shared the original Bethlehem Meeting House. After forty-one years in the nearby town of Everett, the congregation relocated to Woodlandville in 1901, with the current church building dedicated in 1902. Led by Pastor Leslie Durrant, who brings decades of faith-based service and lay leadership experience across multiple denominations, the church continues to serve as a center of worship and community fellowship. Though the town of Woodlandville is no longer a thriving commercial hub, the church has remained a steadfast spiritual home for over a century. The congregation welcomes visitors to join them as a small country church with a large community of faith.
