The United Pentecostal Church Loan Fund (UPCLF), based in Saint Charles, Missouri, is a ministry financing organization serving the United Pentecostal Church International (UPCI) denomination. Established in 2011 under the Stewardship Group, the UPCLF has grown to exceed $90 million in assets and has closed over 200 loans supporting church construction, capital campaigns, and ministry development nationwide. The organization operates as a Missouri public benefit corporation supervised by UPCI and provides investment and financing opportunities for UPCI churches, schools, colleges, universities, and affiliated religious organizations. Led by President Rick Lovall and a dedicated team of finance professionals, the UPCLF works to advance the kingdom by connecting investors with ministry initiatives across the denomination.
