About Presence Church
Presence Church is a non-denominational community in Kalispell, Montana, formed in 2025 when two congregations merged: the historic First Baptist Church of Kalispell (established 1893) and MountainSong Church (planted in 2012). Led by Senior Pastor Benjamin Burdick, the church emphasizes encountering God's presence through worship, Scripture-centered teaching, and authentic community. Beyond Sunday gatherings at 9 AM and 11 AM, Presence Church cultivates spiritual life through House Churches—intimate weekly home gatherings featuring potluck dinners, discipleship, and pastoral care. The church welcomes visitors of all backgrounds, from those spiritually curious to those deeply committed, inviting them to experience worship that creates space for the Holy Spirit to move freely.

Dress Code: Come exactly as you are—attire ranges from jeans and sneakers to business clothing; the church values your heart over your wardrobe. Service Format: Approximately 90 minutes of worship with authentic expressions of faith and room for the Holy Spirit to move, followed by Scripture-based teaching from Pastor Ben that is practical, relevant, and grounded in the Bible. Kids ministry is available at the 11 AM service only. Visitor Tips: Free parking is available in the church lot and on surrounding streets. A welcome team will greet you and answer questions from arrival. Newcomers can fill out a connect card or attend quarterly Newcomers Gatherings to meet pastors and learn more about the church community.
