About Heartland Baptist Church
Heartland Baptist Church is an independent Baptist congregation located in Alliance, Nebraska, serving the Panhandle region. Founded in 2008 by Pastor Dennis Gruber with a calling to plant a New Testament church, the congregation has grown steadily through community outreach and door-to-door evangelism over the past eighteen years. The church operates from its permanent home at 901 Box Butte Avenue, which was graciously provided and renovated by the congregation. Heartland Baptist's mission centers on projecting the truth of the Gospel, promoting spiritual maturity in believers, protecting the truth of Scripture, and preparing men to lead their families in service to Christ. The church welcomes visitors and those with questions to join their Sunday services and various midweek ministries.
