About St Luke's United Church of Christ
St. Luke's United Church of Christ in Columbus, Nebraska extends a warm welcome to all who seek a faith community, embodying the belief that the spiritual journey is a pilgrimage rather than a destination. The church offers multiple worship opportunities throughout the week, including services at two locations—the peaceful Gruetli Church and the main St. Luke's campus—providing flexibility for those unable to attend traditional Sunday morning services. Beyond weekly worship, St. Luke's is actively engaged in community ministry, hosting Vacation Bible School in partnership with local churches and offering educational Bible study opportunities such as the Tuesday morning discussion of the Acts of the Apostles. The church also participates in broader youth and adult spiritual development through summer camp programs. Whether attending in person or joining the live broadcast and online options, visitors will find an inclusive congregation committed to exploring how God's love guides daily life.
