About Child Evangelism Fellowship
Child Evangelism Fellowship (CEF) of Nebraska is a Bible-centered, non-denominational organization dedicated to reaching elementary-age children with the Gospel of Jesus Christ and establishing them in local churches for Christian discipleship. Founded globally in 1937 and incorporated in Nebraska in 1960, CEF serves alongside local pastors through programs such as Good News Clubs in public schools and summer 5-Day Clubs. The ministry equips believers of all ages, including young people through summer Christian Youth in Action training, and provides resources and workshops to help churches effectively share the Gospel with children ages four to fourteen. With a vision to provide Nebraska's approximately 250,000 elementary-age children an opportunity to hear and respond to the Gospel message, CEF operates multiple chapters across the state and welcomes volunteers and partners who share a passion for reaching children.
