About Grace Lutheran Church
Grace Lutheran Church is a small, welcoming Lutheran congregation located 2 miles east of Lincoln on A Street in Walton, Nebraska, near 116th and A. Founded on Saint Stephen's Day in December 1915, the church was built in 1916 and has worshiped in the same sanctuary for over a century. The congregation gathers for services at 10:00 a.m. with Sunday School at 9:00 a.m., and recently completed a beautiful new addition that preserves the intimate, friendly environment the church has maintained throughout its history. Grace worships in a liturgical style and celebrates Holy Communion on the second and fourth Sundays of each month as well as on festival days. All visitors are warmly invited to experience this historic and welcoming faith community.
