About Saint Thomas Aquinas Parish
Saint Thomas Aquinas Parish is a Catholic community in Derry, New Hampshire, run by the Franciscan Friars of the Immaculate Conception Province and part of the Diocese of Manchester. With roots dating back to 1868, when Mass was celebrated in local homes and halls, the parish was formally established in 1888 and has served the greater Derry area for over a century. The parish is dedicated to continuing Jesus Christ's mission in the Roman Catholic tradition, proclaiming the Good News and reaching out to the new, the wandering, the poor, and the unloved. The faith community offers multiple Masses throughout the week, robust religious education and youth formation programs, and numerous ministries including Alpha, GriefShare, a men's faith formation group, and various youth groups for elementary through high school ages.
