About Keene Church of the Nazarene
Keene Church of the Nazarene is a Nazarene congregation in Keene, New Hampshire, with roots reaching back to 1888, when Frank Sprague heard a message of holiness of heart and life. Bethany Mission became associated with the Church of the Nazarene in 1908, placing the congregation within the Protestant Wesleyan-Holiness tradition. Over more than a century, the church has worshipped in three locations. After a 1945 fire, it moved to land on Court Street, and development of the current building began in 1971.
