New Shiloh Baptist Church and Community Life Center, located in Atlantic City, New Jersey, was organized in 1898 and traces its roots to seven founding members from Second Baptist Church. After the original building became structurally unsafe, the congregation moved to a newly constructed church and community life center at 701 Atlantic Avenue, which was dedicated in December 2003. Led by Senior Pastor Bishop Dr. James Washington and First Lady Rev. Dr. Ruby J. Washington, the church emphasizes Bible-based preaching and teaching within a family-centered environment. The congregation offers multiple worship services each Sunday, comprehensive Sunday School classes for all ages, weekly Bible study, and a variety of music ministries that blend contemporary praise with traditional hymns. New Shiloh serves the Atlantic City and greater New Jersey community through worship, discipleship, and outreach ministries designed to fulfill the mission of Jesus Christ.
