About Victory International Fellowship
Victory First Presbyterian Deliverance Church is a dynamic ministry located at 1717 Bishop Richard Allen Avenue in Atlantic City, New Jersey. Founded in 1981 by Rev. Charles Lyles as a small home-based ministry serving the rejected and distressed, the church has grown through several transitions and phases into what leadership describes as a mega ministry in spirit if not in numbers. The church emphasizes spiritual enrichment, family strengthening, and community service, operating a notable homeless feeding program that serves approximately 1,500 souls each week from Monday through Friday. Under the pastoral leadership of Drs. Charles and Diana Lyles, the congregation focuses on demonstrating God's love through active outreach and worship. Visitors are welcomed to experience what church leadership believes will be a life-changing service in an inclusive, spiritually focused environment.
