About Hands Of Hope For The Community
Hands of Hope for the Community is a non-profit food pantry and community service organization based in Edison, New Jersey, operating from the basement of St. James Episcopal Church. Staffed entirely by dedicated volunteers and guided by a volunteer board, Hands of Hope operates an efficient drive-through food distribution system that allows clients to receive groceries while remaining in their vehicles. The organization has undergone significant facility improvements thanks to over $300,000 in HUD Block Grant funding, which enhanced the pantry, dining, and kitchen areas.
