About Kesher Center
Kehilat Kesher is an Orthodox Jewish community synagogue serving the Tenafly and Englewood area with a mission centered on spiritual prayer, textual study, and the transmission of Jewish values across generations. Founded in 2000 by eight families seeking to create a tight-knit community, Kesher has grown to over 300 member families and serves as a vibrant meeting place for prayer, acts of kindness, and learning. The congregation is known for its welcoming environment and commitment to both individual engagement in Torah study and active participation in communal affairs. Regular services include weekday Shacharit at 8:00 a.m. and Mincha/Maariv at 6:45 p.m., with expanded Shabbat programming featuring services and community gatherings.
