About Christ The King Church of Kendall Park
Abiding Love Lutheran Church, formerly Christ the King, is a welcoming, mission-focused congregation located in Kendall Park, New Jersey. The church traces its roots to 1960 and has been serving the community for over six decades, including a significant expansion completed in 2009. Recently, Abiding Love merged with Nativity Evangelical Lutheran Church to create a consolidated congregation with shared resources and renewed commitment to God's work. Led by Interim Pastor Rev. Dr. Carol Lindsay, the church emphasizes discipleship, evangelism, hospitality, and service to others. Worship services are held each Sunday at 9:30 a.m. with Holy Communion, and the church welcomes people of all ages and backgrounds to join its warm and friendly community.
