The Federated Church of Livingston is an open and accepting fellowship rooted in a remarkable history spanning nearly two centuries. The church building, constructed in 1851, stands as the oldest public structure in Livingston, New Jersey, with its historic cemetery serving as the final resting place of several of the town's founding fathers. In 1978, the Livingston Baptist Church and Olivet United Church of Christ joined together to form this unique federated congregation, maintaining a dual denomination affiliation with both the American Baptist Churches USA and the United Church of Christ. The church invites visitors to walk in God's grace and shine light in the world, and welcomes those seeking to share their joys and concerns through the church's prayer list and community.
