About Montvale Evangelical Free Church
Montvale Evangelical Free Church, located in Montvale, New Jersey, has served the community since 1963, when a group of dedicated local families established a biblically grounded evangelical congregation. The church was born from prayer and vision to bring solid biblical teaching to northeastern New Jersey, growing from its initial 25 believers to a thriving community today. Worship gatherings occur each Sunday at 10:30 a.m., featuring a blend of traditional and contemporary music, prayer, and teaching from Scripture, with services running just over an hour. The church welcomes families with children through dedicated programming for infants through high school students, creating age-appropriate environments designed to be safe, fun, and engaging. Montvale Church emphasizes discipleship centered on finding, following, and pointing others to Jesus Christ, and extends its reach through online worship options for those unable to attend in person.
