About Shiloh Baptist Church
Shiloh Baptist Church, located in Penns Grove, New Jersey, has been serving the community since its founding in 1917 as a response to the spiritual needs of the growing African American population. Under the leadership of Reverend William Tuff, Jr., who has served as pastor since 1998, the church has grown into a vibrant multicultural spiritual force committed to its mission of impacting lives through the Word of God and prayer. The church emphasizes Christian education, prayer, and divine guidance, with a vision to equip the saints for the work of ministry and reconcile people back to God through evangelism and discipleship. Shiloh relocated to its current home at 17 Franklin Street in 2017 and maintains an active calendar of worship services, Bible studies, youth programs, and community outreach ministries. The congregation includes various ministries such as praise and worship, prayer warriors, youth for Christ, and outreach efforts that extend into the surrounding communities.
