About Trinity Parish
Trinity Episcopal "Old Swedes" Church in Swedesboro has served its community for over 300 years, beginning with Swedish Lutheran settlers who gathered in a log cabin in 1703. The current church building, constructed in 1784, stands as a historic landmark listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Today, Trinity Episcopal is a welcoming congregation within the Episcopal Diocese of New Jersey, blending liturgical tradition with progressive Christian witness. The church celebrates Eucharist each Sunday and invites people from diverse backgrounds to participate in worship, prayer, study, and fellowship.
