About Christ Lutheran Church
Christ Lutheran Church is an ELCA congregation in Woodcliff Lake with roots dating to 1958, when a small group of Lutherans purchased a 5-acre apple orchard. Its main sanctuary was dedicated in 1970, and Pastor Marc A. Stutzel has served as pastor since 2014. Sunday worship is at 10:00 AM, with Sunday School at 9:40 AM. The congregation offers children’s ministry and youth group, and it has a long record of service through a church garden that has provided hundreds of pounds of fresh produce for local food pantries for more than 30 years. Its special gifts fund has also supported food-insecurity efforts and vulnerable people.
